I grew up with a very playful, gentle and compassionate nature, living in a family that valued the wellbeing of animals and pets. Since I was a baby I have lived in the presence of dogs and I have experienced living with a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rats, rabbits, kangaroos, weiros, quails, chickens and geese.

My love of animals led me to study Zoology at university and I have had experience with dog-walking several different dogs within the past 5 years or so.

I currently have two dogs, one of which is a Staffordshire x (unknown), Maisy. The other is a chocolate Labrador, named Ralph. They are both kind-hearted and loving dogs and share a keen-eye for adventure, like myself. I like to think that rather than own pets, we share a common space with them, living simultaneously and harmonioulsy.

I want to be a pet sitter (dog sitting in particular) because I value dogs so highly; I'm absolutely intrigued by the relationship humans and canines share and the loyalty they have shown. I want to give dogs a quality of life that they deserve, meet their instinctive needs, encourage physical enrichment and adapt to their personalities to ensure a healthy and quality lifestyle.

My values and pet-sitting ethics include: taking time to form a meaningful bond first, plenty of physical activity, beahvioural enrichment and keeping a clean environment for both pets and humans!
