About Carolyn
Welcome to my profile :)
My name is Carolyn. I'm an open, genuine and warm person who pays close attention to detail, but doesn't sweat the small stuff. I'm excited to be offering flexible help for people seeking assistance with their animals needs.
I like to live my life in a relaxed, peaceful and supportive environment that reflects my personal values of giving back and contributing to the wider community.
I have a strong passion for animals and understand that every critter is different with their own special personality and needs. I hope to provide help that allows you to feel confident your pets are receiving the highest possible level of care.
My services are responsible, compassionate, transparent and flexible towards your needs. I believe in 100% non-aversive solutions for training. So whether you need an extra hand at home, are going on holiday, or even teaching your children about the responsibility of pet ownership, I’d love to help!
My experience with animals crosses many species and multiple breeds from all walks of life. I grew up next to an emu farm, & have personally owned dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, goats and seawater aquarium fish. I've worked with shy, stray, feral, rescue, rehomed, reactive and "aggressive" (usually just scared & anxious) animals. This has included basic needs, socialisation, training, behaviour & environmental modification, education programs as well as working with a number of health conditions and life stages.
As a pet owner you deserve to feel complete trust and a sense of ease in being assured that no matter your circumstances, someone understands your pet is a member of the family and deserves the best treatment and care.
