I am based in Palmerston and am currently servicing the Gungahlin area.

I have a wide range of animal care experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, fish, birds, amphibians and farm animals.

I have kept lots of pets in my life as well as pet sitting and home visits for friends and family and now via Pawshake.
I am unfortunately unable to keep any pets in the unit I am renting so PawShake not only gives me a little bit of extra cash but also let's me give out some love and pats to animals. 

For the safety of your dog I only accept large sized or smaller dogs (generally under 40kg) for walks so I can have full control. I only walk dogs from one client at a time and usually only one at a time.

My rates for walks and home visits are for 30 minutes sessions but I am happy to take another booking on the same day if you would like more time for your special one.

Transport service available - perfect for getting your critter to a groomer, vet, physio, daycare centres, between houses or emergency transport. Price on request (usually a one way trip is the same cost as a home visit).

Terrarium and tank cleaning available - price can be discussed after a meet & greet as the time and effort for these jobs varies greatly.

I will provide photos from my walk or visit as well as a map of where we walked (if applicable) and a detailed description of my time with your pet so you know exactly how great of a time your precious little one(s) had.

During a home visit I will give your special friend lots of affection and play. I will also clean and refill water (and feed bowls, if requested), do cat litter and any other reasonable request.

I am able to do home care tasks in my time slot on request like collecting mail, opening or closing curtains, watering indoor or outdoor plants, moving the wheelie bin in/out or any other reasonable request.


I do not waste your pet's precious time doing the report for you during the booking time, so my pet updates may be a few hours after my visit. I do endeavour to get them done as soon as possible after a visit but they take some time to do properly and sometimes life, kids and other bookings will delay getting the report completed in a timely fashion. If requested, I'm happy to send a "Proof of life" picture as I'm leaving if you want assurance straight away that I visited.

I usually try to work my PawShake jobs without the kids but they do sometimes come along, especially for longer bookings or if you need me to come at a specific time when I can't make arrangements for their care. Please let me know if this is an issue.
