We are Ana Monica and Pedro, currently in Australia on a Work and Holiday visa. We are passionate animal lovers, and Pedro is the owner of a family-run dog and cat hotel where I have been working since 2016. I also hold a degree in Animal Science/Zoology, which has given me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, health, and overall wellbeing.

Pedro has been involved in the hotel since he was a young boy, helping his parents and sister care for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and personalities. We are both experienced in handling different temperaments, caring for senior pets, and administering medication when required.

Taking care of animals is the closest thing to feeling at home while being away from our own country. When I take on house-sitting bookings, Pedro joins me, which means your pets receive double the attention, supervision, and affection. You can be completely confident that your animals will be cared for with the utmost love, patience, and dedication.
