Hello! I’ve recently returned to Forestville after several years overseas and am excited to reconnect with animals and the local community. I’m currently teaching a short weekly class with Mission Australia and thought pet sitting would be a lovely way to spend more time around animals while settling back home.

I’m home most of the time and live in a calm, comfortable house surrounded by trees and birdsong — though I especially enjoy caring for pets in their own familiar spaces where they feel most secure.

I’ve cared for friends’ and family’s pets over the years, including my cousins’ Border Collie and many cats with different personalities, both locally and while living overseas. Most of my experience has come through word-of-mouth before joining this platform. I also lived with a much-loved Ragdoll cat named Cinder, who lived to 19 — he was endlessly patient with my affection, which I like to think says something about my dedication to animals!

I’m reliable, gentle, and enjoy getting outside for walks. As an artist, educator, and photographer, I love capturing small, special moments — I’m happy to send photo updates of your furry friend while you’re away.

Services & Routine

I offer pet sitting in your home, daily visits, and occasional home boarding for the right match.

• I only board one pet (or one family’s pets) at a time, ensuring full attention and care.
• I follow your pet’s usual routines for feeding, play, and walks to help them feel safe and relaxed.
• My elderly mum lives with me and is usually at home, so pets never go long without company.
• I’m happy to follow any special care instructions or administer prescribed medication.
• My daily routine is flexible, as I work from home part of the week. Otherwise I'm swimming laps at the local 50m pool.

I’m happy to meet you and your pet beforehand to make sure everyone feels comfortable.

I take reliability seriously — along with my WWCC and Police Check, I also hold a PhD and have many years of experience in responsible, caring roles.
