Hi there, I'm Leonie. I am a massive animal lover, especially dogs 🐶 I'm that girl that smiles at dogs when I walk past them and that pesky person who asks if I can pat your dog.

I understand what it's like leaving your dog with someone else while you're away, and I'd love to provide them a home where they are treated like family. I have a lot of patience and empathy and a lot of love, cuddles, belly scratches and pats to give 💕💕

When I'm at work I have a very interactive role with people and I like to unwind any chance I get on the couch with a dog or two keeping me warm. Or out on an adventure with my partner and dog. My partner and I spoil our dog more than we treat ourselves. When we go to the butcher for a tomahawk steak, we ask to cut off the protruding bone so we can share our dinner with our girl 🥩 

I live with my partner and we have a sweet, 8 year old Kelpie, Luna who loves to go for long walks, run around the beach or just throwing the tennis ball in our backyard. But I will happily tailor what your pet needs, just let me know what a day in their life normally looks like and we can keep that consistency. Our days normally consist of a long walk in the morning either around the neighbourhood or a city walk. We also go to the park in the afternoons. And we throwing tennis balls around and plenty of little walks for toilet breaks in between. 

I will only accept one dog at a time. That way I can provide the best care for your dog and make sure they settle in. 

I have been around dogs my whole life, frenchies, German shepherds, whippits, border collies and so much more. But I am only looking at boarding dogs under 20kg for the comfort of Luna. And will require a meet and greet first to make sure they will be happy in our home and feel comfortable. 

I have a fully fenced, grassed, back yard but dogs are allowed inside because our girl is always inside, even if we're not home. But whilst caring for your dog, I will try my best to ensure they are not left unattended for too long. But if they are, we have plenty of doors and space to separate them for ease of mind. This will be shown to you in our meet and greet. 

I get my roster about 4 - 6 weeks in advance so I can't guarantee I am home as much in advance. My partner is home weekday evenings and weekends. But feel free to message me and i will happily try and arrange a suitable arrangement if I can.
