I am a self confessed crazy cat lady. My primary care experience has been in the loving adoption of cats as part of my family. I grew up with a wide range of pets; cats, dogs, goldfish, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs and terrapins. As an adult I have over 17 years experience with caring for cats. I currently have 5 indoor cats; 2 Selkirk Rex Kittens; 9 and 7 months old; a four year old Selkirk Rex (retired Queen and mother to my youngest kitten); a 4 year old domestic short hair rescue tabby and our senior girl; a 12 year old long haired domestic tuxedo rescue. I have experience in caring for elderly cats with health issues such as kidney failure, heart failure; digestive issues such as IBD, asthma and behavioural issues (anxiety) and aggression. My senior Devon Rex had to take more than 6 different tablets daily and my other girl had to have a special prescription diet and two asthma puffers twice daily. The health and wellbeing of my pets is of paramount importance to me at all times and in particular when I am away from them. They are family so I understand the need to feel secure that your fur-family are safe, healthy and well loved in your absence. I will look after them as I would expect my own fur family to be. No litter tray, cat vomit, medication or stressed cat will ever deter me!
I am available early mornings and evenings on weekdays, and all day/evening on weekends.
Emma was a great sitter. She took time to meet Howie and I could see a genuine attempt to connect and engage. Emma was a good communicator and kept me up to date on Howie’s well being with lots of photos. Would re-book. Thanks Emma!
Emma was absolutely wonderful and took great care of our boys. She sent pictures and videos everyday and gave them love. She was a pleasure to deal with.
