I am relocating to Wagga Wagga in February 2026 and will be available from Monday 16th Feb onwards.

History/Background:

DOGS:
I worked and volunteered as a dog trainer in Tasmania, running puppy school and basic obedience classes. For a year I worked for RSPCA-TAS, part-time in office, and part-time assisting with dog behaviour concerns, using positive de-escalation techniques that reduced reactivity.

I assisted families with difficult dogs that could not attend classes. We worked teaching the pups how to watch and process information so that, rather than reacting to triggers or fears, they would recognise that there was nothing worth being worried about anymore. They regained the ability to think for themselves and started showing more self control. The aim to be to get them on the path of growing into a wonderful relaxed wise dogs.

CATS:
I enjoy helping with kitty cats that love attention and snuggles. And, I am respectful of the felines that prefer quiet time and no touch policies. I take the time to enrich their lives with play time and it really helps with trust building.

ALL PETS:
I take the time and care to figure out how your pet likes to play and interact, so I can keep them happy and enriched while you're away, without overstepping and making them feel nervous.
I have a love for all animals and I have experience with horses , ferrets, rabbits and snakes!
