ABOUT US

We live in a comfortable home with spacious indoor & outdoor areas. Our front & back courtyards are secure & fully fenced, giving your pets plenty of space to play safely. There’s also a deck where they can relax.

There is always people at home, so your pet will receive lots of love, attention, & playtime throughout the day 🤍

After careful consideration, we decided to separate areas with pet fences for easier cleaning and any accidents. We usually leave the fences open unless cleaning is required. Cleanliness & safety are our top priorities in our home. We vacuum twice or more a day & mop every 2 days to maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment.

We walk the dogs 1–2 times a day, depending on the weather. There are several local parks, off-leash areas & reserves just a couple of minutes from our house. We like to switch up our route & visit different spots nearby to keep things fun & interesting for the dogs. On rainy days, there’s plenty of space indoors for play & activities.

We found how much we truly enjoy the joy that pets bring & the trust their parents place in us. Seeing how happy & excited the dogs are when they return to our home made us realise this is what we love.

🛑 Pets accepted must be up-to-date with required vaccinations, treated for intestinal worms & fleas. Must be spayed/neutered. 

🛑 Please honestly inform us about your pet's condition. We accept multiple dogs a day & to ensure everyone's happy, safety & maintain a positive environment, we ONLY accept fully house-trained & well-socialised dogs who get along with others. 

🛑 We don’t accept dogs with a high barking tendency & those that have aggressive & destructive behaviours towards food, toys or other dogs / human.

🛑 Kindly complete the pet profile & provided detailed care instruction. Meet & greet is required and potentially a trial night before a longer stay. 

Let us know: 

- Is your pet toilet trained (pads or grass)?

- Can your pet be left alone for short periods?

- Any special behaviours, needs, or routines.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP POLICY 

Clearly communicate your drop-off & pick-up times. This helps us plan around other pets & avoid scheduling issues. We always respect your time & kindly ask that you respect our time & service too 🙏🏻

Late pick-up fees apply: 

DAYCARE 07:30am – 06:00pm 

Early check in +$10

Late check out +$10 (until 8pm)
