I LIVE IN QLD - I am a proud PROFESSIONAL ANIMAL CARER / ZOO KEEPER and WILDLIFE EDUCATOR.
I have 15 years of working experience at: Taronga Zoo, Dreamworld Wildlife Foundation, QLD Parks and TAFE NSW. Including several overseas projects: Komodo National Park (reptile surveying), Laos (elephant rescue and rehabilitation refuge), Thailand (primate and elephant rescue and rehabilitation refuge), just to name a few.
My current job status:
• QLD PARKS RANGER at DAVID FLEAY WILDLIFE PARK
• NSW TAFE TEACHER in the DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL CARE.
So there is the opportunity for your pooch to come with me to work and spend time with aspiring animal care students. We have treats, games, toys, walks, bedding, hydrobath and loving pats available all day. Your pooch will go home exhausted!!!
I have the capability to understand your animals behaviour that will allow me to attend its needs, confidently handle and care all animal types: hairy, fluffy, scaly and feathery and provide basic veterinary care for those who require special attention.
My motivation to become a Pawshake pet sitter: I have always loved the thought to have a pet of my own. However the commitment right now is not suitable for me and my family. We live in an apartment, so it is important for me to know your pooch will be comfortable in its new surroundings. Fortunately I am walking distance from the beach 🏖 so your pooch will have daily opportunities to walk, run, swim and play here.
So it will be my pleasure to welcome a temporary friend into my home, I can guarantee you, your pooch will be well looked after as if they were one of our own I look forward to hearing from you.
