Hi, I am recently retired and still very active and healthy. I now have time on my hands to look after fur children. Both my husband and I have been dog owners all our lives. We have cared for dogs in the past usually for neighbours or family.
Included in service
We are happy to care for your beloved fur child visiting them at your home or having them at ours either during the day or overnight.
We are both dog lovers who go the extra mile to ensure they are well looked after, including having them sleep in the bed with us (if that is what they normally do at home). We like to take our dog to the beach or doggy parks for social interaction. Our dog gets between 4 and 6 walks a day approx 10-15 mins each walk.
How much attention
There is usually at least one of us at home all day.
We have a small male dog ourselves and he is very spoilt, he loves travelling in the car and going for walks in new areas.
A typical day would be a walk before breakfast, then a walk after breakfast. Depending on the weather there would be another walk at lunchtime then other one around 5pm. Dinner is around 5.30pm and bedtime by 9.30pm. There is a least one playtime around 8pm and during the day if fur child indicates that is what they want.
We can only look after small dogs (approx up to 10kgs and vaccinated).
If all you are after is someone to walk your fur child on a regular basis happy to do that as well. As previously mentioned we walk at least 4 times a day.
