Hello there,

I moved to Melbourne from New Zealand in April, with big dreams of starting a new life with Pipi -my 12 year old Hungarian Vizsla. Unfortunately after a sudden decline in her health, I had to say goodbye to my darling girl. I initially joined Pawshake as a way to meet other dog owners and if I ever needed any help with Pipi there was a way to find reliable and trustworthy support. There's no words for the hole Pipi has left in my life, I know how much a pet is very much a part of the family, a unique bond. I have a deep love and respect for animals of all kind, and always get a lot of joy from being in their company. It would be a pleasure to assist you with any help you may need with your pet so please get in touch and feel free to ask any questions.

Some things to know :

Other than experience with dogs, I have also had cats and bunnies in the past, and feel confident in providing all that their furry hearts desire and keeping them happy and healthy.Currently I am open to walking/ running dogs and house visits within the inner north areas of Melbourne. I am based in Carlton North and am usually available in the evening from 6pm mon -Thurs. Fri- Sun I can be available anytime with notice.

With dog walking I will complete a 1/2 hour walk within the area, but can extend the timing if you require a longer walk for your dog. If your dog needs a bit more than a walk, and only if we have previously discussed if this is suitable, I can complete a light jog/run rather than walking, to travel more distance and give your dog a more intense work out. If your pet has a preference that we can reach on foot I would love to take them there! I offer sending photos of our time together and a screen shot of the route we have travelled in the time if you would like. Toys, leash, toilet bags, treats, must all be supplied by the owner. This also is what your pet will prefer for our time together- all the familar things!

For home visits, I will happily spend some time with your pet I'll make sure to feed and top up water bowls. I can brush or play with your pet, take for a walk or just show some love and affection. We could even practice that new trick you've been working on or any other specific training. While I'm there you're more than welcome to leave a message for me to bring in mail, water plants, or any small tasks to help your day run a bit smoother - the more time you can spend with your pet when you get home the better! I can also administer medication with food if needed.
