Hi! I'm a student at Murdoch University studying a Double Major in Animal Health and Animal Science. I'm also doing a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing. I've been an animal lover my whole life and I'm

on a journey follwoing my childhood dream of becoming a fully-fledged Veterinarian. I have skills and experience with a variety of animals including dogs, cats, small animals and reptiles. I'm currently an owner of

a cockatiel and a bearded dragon. Previously I've also owned a few axolotls and a beautiful New Zealand White rabbit who sadly passed away recently due to old age.

I would like to share my love and knowledge of animals by helping others with their pets! For the past few years I've been a pet sitter for small animals and exotics but I would love to expand my services to a variety of pet types.

Skills and experience:

By mothering so many pets in my life, a good portion of my experience comes from them. My rabbit especially who was very old and needed around-the-clock care with a strict treatment and physiotherapy regime.

Some of my experience with animals through volunteer work and animal handling units at uni for larger livestock animals (sheep, horses, cows and pigs).

I've been volunteering at Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in the hospital for around 2-3 years, where I've been trained to tend to sick and injured wildlife, release

I have a HUGE heart for dogs and also volunteered at the Animal Protection Society. Here, I took care of stray and surrendered dogs looking for their forever homes. My duties included husbandry (kennel cleaning, feeding, watering and

laundry), walking, playtime and practising obidence skills.

Last year I volunteered at Australia Zoo in Brisbane at the Animal Hospital where I shadowed the vets and picked up a few skills for basic first aid.
