Hello let me introduce myself - I am Christie &amp; my dog's name is Peanut; together we are 'Christie's Pet Service &amp; Peanut's Doggy Daycare'.
The companionship of animals has taught me so much and enriched my life; I genuinely enjoy the caring for all types of animals . I have raised chicks  as a bird mother, been befriended by  dogs, trained  horses, been fascinated by fish  and made  cats purr!My first job was in an animal hospital as an assistant and I was soon offered a promotion and flat at the hospital to handle after hours emergencies and look after the animal patients during the nights. Now  I am an older responsible woman who has no children who lives with a truely amusing little dog, in my own inner city townhouse with a beautiful medium sized secure courtyard garden. My dog and I currently looking to enjoy the company of other peoples pets and have no other commitments so I am able to give your pet my attention for almost 24 hours

Thanks for clicking on our profile and considering us to spend time with your (and soon to be our) best friend. 
We are a young family (a couple and a baby) who recently moved to Canberra from New Zealand, to follow a rugby contract/dream. Back home we lived on a farm with three dogs, one cat and other animals such as horses and cows. Dogs have always had a special place in our hearts and were our babies before our real baby came!! Even after welcoming our little one we still treated the dogs at home as our other children. We so badly miss being around the variety of animals but mostly we miss having dogs to accompany us on our family walks.
Dog walking: 
we are open to adjusting our service to meet the needs and energy of your dog while also financially being affordable for you. Booking 1 dog walk will give your dog 30 mins exercise in the manner which suits your pup best whether that be a dog walk, play at a dog park or a play around in their backyard. If your dog is needing extra attention there is the option to book 2x dog walk where we can either visit twice that day or spend an 1 hour exercising your dog (this extra time could be used to do something a bit more fun such as taking them for a swim). 

House visiting/sitting
In terms of home visits or house sitting we are happy to carry out basic house duties that may need fulfilling. Of course we will also tend to your furry friend and give it company in any way you see fit..
Availability:
We are currently very flexible so whenever you need us, we will be there! 
We are new to doing this as a gig on the app but have previous experience dog walking and sitting both casually and professionally back home through private arrangements. We are also heavily experienced with reactive dogs so please don't hesitate to reach out if your dog may need to be walked on their own and with special attention! We love all dogs big, small, confident, reactive, black, white, you name it and we will love them! As we are a couple, we have extra hands (and muscles ) and eyes to ensure your loved ones are safe at all times.

Hi i'm Tess! I am 19 years old with my license, I've house and dog/cat sat many times and I love animals of all kinds. I'm friendly and reliable! I have sat old and grey as well as new pups as well as children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old. I know this is usually for pets but I do it all!! I am happy to house sit for weeks-months at a time, I can walk, feed, exercise and care for all kinds of animals, I have a car to transport if needed too! I have two staffy mixes myself and a recently adopted a beautiful ridgeback. I enjoy walks and reading and playing piano. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive and love making friends with people (and pets of course). I'm able to help all across canberra, I live Northside (inner north) but am happy to travel down Southside or outside the borders, I grew up on a farm just outside cbr.
