For pet boarding, I accept CATS only

Hi there, my name is Chiara! I'm 18 years old and I’m a responsible and caring, self-professed cat lover. My little baby is Bertie, a 1 year old Domestic Shorthair. Bertie is a very playful and lively kitty, as well as incredibly friendly, sociable, and (relatively) well-mannered. He has been socialised well and is comfortable sharing a space with other animals. The rest of our household consists of my parents and younger brother. All four of us have spent our entire lives around pets, and are all well experienced in caring for both cats and dogs. I am able to administer liquid and pill medication and have had experience doing so for the last 3 years.

I am a massive homebody, so I always will have heaps of time on my hands to play with, cuddle, walk, or just simply spend time with your cat(s). Majority of my time will be spent at home, meaning your pet will never be left alone for more than three hours per day. Our home is relatively large, so your pet will get to have a designated space all to themselves to unwind and relax whenever they need! We have a spare bedroom in our home, so your pet will be able to have the whole queen bed to themselves and live like the royalty they are! If you're worried or unsure about how your cat will cope with other animals, I will make sure to slowly introduce them - familiarising them with their scents, allowing them to interact through a door, supervised play time, and whatever else is required. All it takes is a little bit of extra patience and care and this is something I'm more than happy to do! There is also an abundance of spaces to hide in and explore, cat towers to climb, and lots of toys to play with. Cats will be kept indoors but if your cat is an adventurous soul, I am more than happy to take them outside for a walk on a leash - which is my own cat's favourite activity!

As someone who has such a deep adoration for cats, I am more than excited at the opportunity to care for your best friend! I am incredibly patient and will be attentive to the needs of your pet, and I am committed to ensuring they will be safe, comfortable, and happy. I also keep a scrapbook where I dedicate each page to each pet I look after, which I always look forward to sharing with the owner! Bertie and I both look forward to making some new friends!
