Talia&Alana

We are mums to two beautiful Groodles named Teddy and Humphrey as well as two curious rats. Talia is a full time PhD student who works from home most days of the week while Alana is a primary school teacher and is usually home by 4pm each day.

We have been raised around animals and consistently have to stop ourselves from rescuing more fur friends. Together we have owned and cared for dogs, cats, lizards, rats, mice, fish, ferrets, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and even hermit crabs. Our dog is extremely (and overly) friendly and loves having friends around him, big and small. Our rats are also very friendly with all animals, but we are happy to keep them in a closed room if that is more comfortable.

We've very recently adopted Humphrey into our family and him and Teddy are absolutely wonderful around other furbabies. All of us would love to sit your animals for both long and short stays! We love getting to know other pets and are naturals at caring for them. We completely understand the anxieties of leaving your pet at a strangers place, so we strive to make the expereince accommodating and stress free, to both pets and owners. By looking after your pets, you are doing us a favour.

We request that all dogs are vaccinated (to protect our own furbabies); however, we can sit as many pets as you have including big and small, young and old dogs, as well as other small animals.

We have a spacious open-living home with a fenced backyard for your pet to explore. Your fur babies are welcome to sleep in our bedroom with us or if they prefer their own space, they are free to make themselves comfortable wherever they please.

While we are sitting your pet, they become family to us and will get the utmost love, affection, and unlimited play time (or cuddle time if they prefer that instead!). We live near several beautiful hikes and parks and would be happy to take your fur baby on adventures, if you'd like. We will also be sure to send you picture/video updates throughout their stay to ease any potential worries!

By bringing your dog to ours, one of us will almost always be home to take care of your fur babies and they'll have the amazing company of our lovely Groodles.
