Hi! I’m Cass, a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience in the pet industry. I currently work at my local pet shop, Petcare Byron Bay, where caring for animals isn’t just my job, it’s what I genuinely love doing every day.

I rescued my Border Collie, Jasper, and it’s truly one of the best things I’ve ever done. She's my world and has deepened my understanding of the love, patience, and responsibility that comes with caring for someone else’s pet.

I grew up surrounded by animals of all kinds, including dogs, birds, guinea pigs, mice, bearded dragons, snakes, turtles, fish, and even ducks! So I’m very comfortable caring for pets with different needs and personalities.

I pride myself on offering the highest level of care, treating every pet as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry (or scaly!) family member, and I take that responsibility seriously. You can rest assured your pet will receive plenty of love, attention, and dedicated care while you’re away.
