About Us:

My name is Kathy and I live with my partner Mike along with our 4yo Beagle 'Kiwi' in Mount Waverley. We've had experience with caring for dogs for more than 7 years. In fact our first dog was a Rescue Beagle back in 2015 who sadly crossed the rainbow bridge just in May 2022. 'Kiwi' is a de-sexed male Beagle and very friendly to both humans and dogs.

About Our Home:

We live in a sizeable townhouse with a fully fenced backyard. There is an off-leash dog park (Tally Ho Reserve) just behind our place and is just a 1-minute walk away. There is also a fully fenced dog park (Bob Saker Oval) just 5 minutes drive away which we go very often too. I work fulltime from home and my partner works 2-3 days from home per week so your fur baby will always have someone with them. All dogs will sleep indoors.

About Our Services:

We offer dog-boarding services at our home. Your pup will be walked at least twice per day, we also often take our dog to fully-fenced dog parks and dog-friendly beaches on the weekends. At this stage we only accept small to medium sized dogs, maximum of 2 dogs per day (excluding our own) in our household. If you have a dog that's just a little above the medium size guideline please message us and we'll try to work something out.

Please note , as we are only taking in a maximum of 2 dogs each time, there may be a small surcharge during school holidays and public holidays.

We have experience looking after special needs dogs. Our first Beagle 'Wowo' was previously diagnosed with Meningitis and we've looked after him for several months whilst he was half paralysed and required following attention:

- Putting the dog on wheelchair for walks

- Administrating oral medication

- Expressing bladder

- Cleaning up after defecating in bed

We also have experience caring for:

- Blind dogs

- Deaf dogs

- Old dogs

Whilst we wish we never need it (and we never had), there is a 24/7 Animal Emergency Centre with a 30 second drive away from our house.

Requirements for Your Fur Baby:

- Vaccinated

- Toilet trained

- Well behaved and not aggressive

- Desexed

What to Bring:

Please simply bring your pup's food, dog bed is optional, we have several spare beds in the house.

If you would like us to supply food please message us prior, we stock Orijen and Ziwi Peak dog food which are the one of the most premium dog foods on the market. We also make a lot of home made dehydrated treats (Pig Ears, Chicken Necks/Wing Tips/Feet, Beef Liver rtc) which your pets can enjoy for free!

What to Expect:

Your fur baby will be treated like our own and will have a lovely time. You will receive regular photo and video updates (in fact we do it almost daily!). We look forward to taking care of your pet!
