Hi! I am Sophie (31) and most likely will be taking care of your pets together with my partner Ben (39). We used to live in the Netherlands (I am Dutch) but are now happy to be back in Australia. We love the outdoors and going for walks (preferably with animal friends). We play tennis and enjoy going to the beach for a swim or a run. 

We both work online from wherever we have internet. I am a sportspychologist and Ben is a writer of kidsbooks. At the moment we are exploring Australia, partly to see the country and partly with an eye for where we'd like to settle down. Petsitting is the perfect way to experience these wonderful places as a local. A furry friend (or many) makes this all the more fun, especially since we work from home a lot, they are a welcome distraction and good excuse to go for a walk.

Our petsitting journey began 2 years ago, and since then, we've had the pleasure of looking after a variety of animals, from cats and dogs to horses, cows, chickens, and fish. We understand the importance of routine for your pets, so we make it a priority to stick to their established feeding and walking schedules. If your pets require medication, we have experience in this area, Ben's cat was a diabetic and we have looked after pets with different conditions.

In the Netherlands we had a nice little house, that we renovated ourselves. We are houseproud and would truly enjoy taking care of your home. Without pets of our own at the moment, we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet and pamper your furry or feathered companions. Whether it's a leisurely walk, a game of fetch, or just some cozy cuddle time, we love it all.
