Hi I’m Caitlin, I have 3 dogs, Bigsby and Cally (3 month old twin Spoodles) and Ozzy (their 1.5 year older brother - also a Spoodle).

With my three boys I have gained lots of experience with different types of dogs and their needs as well as a passion for animals. My now recently passed pup, Sigma (12 year old Labrador) had seizures, with this I learnt how to take care of animals that need important, regular medication and how to handle a situation where they don't feel like taking their medication. I have also acquired the habit of being extra vigilant with my dogs and their surroundings due to Sigma being at high risk of most foods.

I got Ozzy just before COVID hit and got my other two puppies during my gap year. With this, I have learnt different strategies to teach a puppy toilet training, and other key tricks (basics such as: “sit”, “stay”, “leave it”, “speak” etc). I would be more than happy to help in this area for your pets.

I have loved animals from a young age and have always had pets around me. I have had 2 cats and have had both tropical and fresh water fish! I have unprofessional experience with pet sitting, this includes looking after my family friends 3 dogs and their tropical fish every school holidays for at least 5 days. With this experience I learnt how to care for pets that are missing their owners and how to fulfill all of their needs while doing so. Due to finishing year 12 my hours and dates are very flexible with all of this extra time on my hands! I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings for house visits or house sitting. I am happy to give each dog at least a 35 minute walk once a day and I am lenient with extra specifications, whether it is a particular route you prefer or to drive them to dog parks etc.

For a house visit I am more than willing to stay for up to 5 hours to keep your pet happy and distracted from missing you. In this time I can feed them, play with them, take them for a walk or a run around and administer any medication they may need during my time with them. I am also happy to help with any extra chores in the process to lift a little extra stress from your day!

In terms of house sitting I will ensure to make your pets have as little stress as possible during your time away. This will include the same as what I do for a house visit, expect I won't leave them until you are home! I am also happy to water plants, take out the bins and bring in any mail or parcels you may receive. I will also make sure that your pets sleep schedule matches to their usual; whether that is to sleep in a crate or on the bed!
