Hi everyone,

I’m a natural animal lover and enjoy connecting with and learning the personalities of all the animals I interact with. My pet sitting journey began back in about 2013 for friends and acquaintances – mostly with dogs and cats, however, I’m open to looking after different types of animals which you call your pets.

I work full-time, and in this ‘new normal’ we find ourselves in, I enjoy the luxury of working from home. My day job is in financial services.

I have previously volunteered on weekends at an animal shelter for about 4 and a half years. Some of the photos in my gallery are from my time at the animal shelter. During my time volunteering there, I mostly worked in the kennels - which included cleaning the pens, feeding, basic training, walking, cuddling & comforting dogs who were shy, nervous or had previously been mistreated.

I understand it can be confusing and stressful for your pets when their humans go away, and I want them to feel loved and cared for as much as I can even when their family is far away.

The services I offer include pet house sitting, dog walking, and home visits. I can take care of animals that require extra care and am comfortable administering a range of oral medications.

When housesitting with dogs, they will receive at least 1 walk per day, for at least half an hour, or something that matches their existing routine. You’ll also receive daily updates from me on how your furry friend/s are going.

For home visits, your pet will get plenty of attention, and I can work to your schedule, either before the working day or in the late afternoon/evening.

I am very flexible when it comes to house sitting, I have my own vehicle so I can drive around easily. I enjoy getting to visit new areas of South East Queensland and exploring with new pets.

In my downtime, I enjoy keeping active, visiting the gym regularly through the week and I enjoy escaping on weekends for hikes or just walks around new neighborhoods.

Please note, although I believe my rates are already very reasonable, I am happy to negotiate for extended periods of time.
