Hi, my name is Aksheta Konaiagari and I work full-time as a local primary school teacher. I along with my husband moved to Australia about 9 years back leaving behind our families and my precious dog. I have grown to become an avid dog lover ever since I had my french bulldog in my life from the age of 20. This experience has given me a solid understanding of my dog's needs, personality, and how to make him feel comfortable and safe in new environment. Sadly, he passed away, but in his memory I continue to seek other pooches to look after and love while their owners are away. 

I truly believe pets are more than just animals—they are family members, and I treat each pet I care for as my own. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them and being their companion away from their loved ones. So far, I have looked after small to medium sized dogs at my own home for friends living locally. I am happy to provide references of past dog-sitting experiences if required. Since most of these dogs are domesticated pets, they come fully vaccinated and with the latest documentation. 

I’m passionate about creating a stress-free experience for both pets and owners, giving you peace of mind when you’re not home. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priorities, and I’m here to offer the care and attention they deserve.

I offer dog boarding and doggie daycare. In the past I have looked after 1 client at a time and this would continue to be my preference so that your dog is a priority. Unless there are mulitple dogs from the same family requiring love and looking after. When I have a client over I walk the dog twice a day and the walks are anywhere between 20minutes- 1hr in the morning and the same in the evening. I am also flexible on the walks depending on the dog's routine. On the weekends and during the school holidays I am at home so the dog gets all my attention unless I step out for a short period of time (less than 3hours). If required, during the weekday, my husband has flexible working routines and is able to work from home. Irrespective, guest pets will be under constant supervision in our care. 

Our home is well ventilated with lost of natural lighting and your dog will have ample space to freely move around the inside of the house. The guest pet will have access to the backyard to play and do any outdoor business. Only my husband and I occupy our residence and we don't have any other resident pet, making your pet become our only prerogative. As shown in the photographs, the guest pet will be given space indoors to sleep, wherever they feel comfortable around the house. We avoid the use of our beds for their resting place as the beds are quite high and safety of your pet from trips or falls is important to us. Finally, the gates are very secure and the backyard is fully fenced. It is unlikely that your dog will escape, in our care, it hasn't happened thus far. 

You as a pet owner will recieve regular update through messages and photographs of your pet. Your dog will be fed at the times that they are used to and will have access to constant supply of fresh water. If there happens to be a sign of injury, I will notify you immediately and offer to bring your loved one to a vet.
