Hello! 

My name is Kay, I am 27-years-old and currently work as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse. Before I started studying nursing, I was studying to be a vet!

I have one cat of my own currently but grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits and rats, and have experience with birds and other small animals. I love getting to spend time and interact with animals, and seeing their different personalities. 

I am advertising my services on Pawshake as I understand the need to be able to access reliable pet sitters to help look after your furry family member. As a pet owner myself, this is definitely something I rely on and need. I unfortunately do not take pets into my home as my sweet cat (Shadow) is not another animal friendly, however, I am able to come to your place and help look after your pet. 

I believe this is better for the pet as they are in their own environment, and whilst they will probably be missing you, they don't have the added stress of being in a new place too. Don't worry though, Shadow won't be alone, I have a housemate who will keep her company! I always send regular updates, whether be just to let you know I've picked your furry friend up for a walk, or to let you know what we got up to during my visit, rest assured, there will always be a message and a photo coming to you.
