I am a 21 year old student studying Law/ Science. I am potentially looking at a career in veterinary Science because I adore animals. I have had some experience vaccinating dogs/ cats through an internship I did during my work experience in year 10.

I absolutely love dogs. I understand the importance of finding someone you trust to look after them as I have 2 of my own dogs that I find very hard to leave when we go on holiday but it makes it a lot easier when you know you have someone you trust looking after them.

I have a 5yo German shepherd who is extremely naughty so I'm very comfortable with all sorts of dogs big or small! My 12yo Lab also has diabetes as well so I am comfortable with administering any medication your pet might need.

I am available usually in the morning or evening. I prefer to stay at the clients house as the dogs are generally more comfortable and my dogs are wary of other dogs in their own home. As I mentioned before I am more than happy to care for a special needs dog as I have had some experience in that department and am able to administer medication.

I am also more than happy to brush/ wash the dogs if need be. I am happy to stay at the pets home for 1-2 weeks depending on how long the owner would be gone for. I am also more than happy to water plants and keep the house clean and any other simple household duties.

I generally walk my dogs once in the morning and once in the evenings so I would do the same for any dogs that I may be looking after. The walks are usually 30 mins to an hour and depending on where you live I like to walk my dogs along the beach.

If I do stay at the owners house I am happy to look after the house as well, ensuring it stays locked during the night or whenever no one is home.
