Hi there!
I am a single (divorced), late 50's, professional man. Having owned several houses myself I am fully conscious of the care and security required to maintain a house. I love pets and have owned dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, lizards and birds throughout my life and would be happy to care for yours.
I am currently available for any period of house-sitting/pet care and can provide personal and professional references. I am a highly reliable, responsible and considerate person and would take excellent care of your property and pets. I also like peace and quiet and enjoy my own company. I like gardening and can perform simple home maintenance jobs, if required. I am a proud non-smoker and non-drinker.
I do online training as part of my work so I am at home for a large part of the day which is especially comforting for those nervous or anxious pets. All I need is my laptop and reliable internet.
I am also skilled at administering medications to any pets or applying creams. I am adept at bathing dogs (and cats), if required.
As far as boarding or caring for pets in my home, I have a very sociable cavoodle and an equally sociable cat, both of whom love meeting other people and pets. My rear yard has sufficient space for pets to play, run and toilet. I have access to the beautiful south parklands across the road from my home, which is where I take my own dog for 2 x 30 min walks every day (subject to weather) and would do the same for any boarding dogs. In my absence, my 23-year-old son stays on the premises and assists with pet care duties.
If you want peace-of-mind while you're away from your home and pets, you can relax while I'm in residence or, while your pets are boarding with me.

Nick was available on short notice, and lived close by making it convenient to walk Loki while my regular carer was away. Would recommend if looking for a CBD based walker.
Nick went over and above all expectations I was requiring for Zeus. He was caring to the extreme with my special dogs, walking, interaction with Zeus fantastic. My dog loves Nick and I may say that I now classify him as not only an excellent dog sitter, but also a friend .
I don’t hesitate in recommending Nick to anyone else.
