"Alex was amazing with our cat and dog while we were away. She is kind, personable and responsible and we didn't have to worry about the house or pets while we were away. She gave us daily updates on what the pets were up to and was very responsive if we had any extra questions.
Our house was very clean when we came home, and I think the pets (especially our dog) were sad we were back and their new friend had gone home!
I would highly recommend Alex as a pet and house sitter, and we will definitely be booking her for any future trips."

"Kirstine did a fantastic job housesitting for us 8 nights and looking after our small pets – 1 x 17yo dog, 1 x 17yo cat, 1 x 13yo dog and an energetic 6 yo dog. I was nervous about leaving the seniors as they have health issues and require medication but I needn’t have been concerned as Kirstine was comfortable taking care of senior animals and administering medication. Kirstine came to our home a few times before we left so she could get to know everyone which was important as our 17 yo dog is blind. She updated me regularly with messages and photos, checked if I was happy with the frequency of updates and contacted me to let me know all was OK when there had been a storm as one of the dogs is terrified of storms. When we returned our carpet had been vacuumed, floors mopped, bed linen washed and bed remade, grass watered and poo-free. There was fresh milk in the fridge and chicken necks for the dogs for the following morning so I didn’t need to rush out and shop which was much appreciated. Our flight was delayed but she waited for us to get home and fed everyone so all we had to do was relax. Kirstine is a very caring person and I would highly recommend her as a housesitter. I will be happy for her to look after our pets again when we are away in the future. "

"Ivy was a great petsitter for our two cats. We were overseas for two weeks and didn't have to worry about a single thing - Ivy kept us updated with pictures and little stories about what the cats were up to. One of our cats requires twice daily medication and she had no problem administering it and keeping an eye on our fur baby's health.
Ivy left our house in great condition and we came home to two very happy cats. Would absolutely book her again!"

"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Natalie. Our little Yorkshire Terrier needed an unexpected eye surgery just a week before our scheduled trip. Natalie took excellent care of her healing eye and provided us with regular updates and photos, which were incredibly reassuring. She also helped organize a delivery we received while we were away. "Brenton and Angela cared for our dog and cat over the xmas and NY break. From our first meeting we knew we had chosen the perfect sitters. Brenton and Angela are warm, friendly, attentive and always had our pets best interest in mind.
Our pets were well cared for and spoilt - they went above and beyond and bought our dog a new chew toy when they saw she needed something harder to chew. Brenton and Angela kept in regular contact sending updates and photos.

"Wow. Sophie was awesome. My animals all love her and her partner Alex. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. 1 dog needs medication. Two are smaller older dogs and 2 are young border collies. There is also some dynamics with the dogs that need to be managed with some separation management now the little dogs are getting older. Being border collies - I really wanted the mental stimulation to continue for them while I was away. Sophie and Alex were both brilliant in learning all their games and tricks and routines to keep things running smoothly. Communication was great which was appreciated. They looked after everything in the house beautifully too! We have no hesitation in recommending and will ask Sophie to help us again in future with our crew. Thank you guys! 😊"

"6 stars for Emily. She was amazing with my little senior cat with dementia and declining health and I felt confident and totally reassured having Emily care for him while I was away for the night. "If you need someone to house sit or care for your little angels then you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not getting Alex!
My partner and I had previously had some less than positive experiences when finding someone to care for our two Dachshunds but Alex was absolutely fantastic. From the first message he was an outstanding communicator, going above and beyond to provide the highest quality service at a very affordable price. He showed tremendous care and love for our puppies, tailoring his schedule around their needs and provided us with regular updates to put our minds at ease. He was exceptionally flexible to cater for the times we needed him to arrive and depart and left our house in perfect condition.
Alex is an authentic, caring and diligent person who you will love having care for your pets. We certainly will be using him as our regular sitter moving forward!
