"This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. I was away for two weeks and got lots of updates and photos of my two cats he was looking after, nice to be away and know the cats are in good hands! Icing on the cake was how tidy he left my place. "Rachel is a superstar! We booked a combination of house boarding and house sitting for 5weeks.
Rachel is extremely thoughtful and caring. She is professional and amazing with daily communication - photos & videos. Her love for animals really shine through in everything she does.
Champ fell in love with Rachel and her cute little bichoodle, Roscoe. He was sad to see Rachel leave! Tail down...
Rachel went above and beyond to ensure she followed our usual routine. Rachel was so kind as to bathe Champ as well when the groomers weren't available. She brushed our boy and even took care of feeding a very fussy eater.
Rachel took impeccable care of our home. Everything seemed extra shiny upon return! ✨️ I felt very safe leaving Champ and our home to Rachel. She is a genuine and trustworthy person.
I am incredibly grateful for Rachel & Roscoe - what a team! Rachel's friend also helped out and I cannot thank them enough.

"Raphaella was a star cat minder for our special boy. We are both vets so we decided to naturally find someone who is a vet nurse, who we booked without meeting because we trusted the reviews. She is amazing at communicating cute updates on everything and also with being clean and mindful of our place. Our cat was comfortable and happy as well as well adjusted to any of the changes which if you're a cat person, you will understand sometimes it's not so easy. She is an amazing lovely friendly gentle person who our cat was immediately drawn to. I don't think you can find a better cat minder than Raphaella to be honest! Make sure to book her if you're hesitating at all."

Helen looked after my dog, Whiskey, at my home for two days and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment she arrived, Whiskey warmed to her straight away — which says a lot, because he’s usually a little cautious with new people.
She kept me updated with photos, messages, and little notes about how he was doing, which gave me huge peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared about his comfort and routine. When I returned home, Whiskey was relaxed, happy, and clearly very well looked after — and the house was in perfect condition too.
Helen is reliable, kind, and treats your pet like they’re her own. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thoughtful pet sitter. I’ll definitely be booking her again!"
