"Zaneta is an incredibly kind and considerate person. She looked after our home with great care and was so dedicated towards the care of our dog, guinea pigs and chickens. Zaneta gave medication regularly and communicated regularly with us during our entire holiday. Unfortunately while we were away, our dog had a medical emergency, but Zaneta noticed right away and took him to the vet immediately. She shared all his medical updates and attended to his medication needs beautifully. Your pets could not have a more loving and dedicated carer, we would recommend Zaneta to anyone and will call on her care again in the future."

"Bronwynn is amazing! She has looked after our two kittens twice now, but this time she house sat for us for a week. As someone who doesn’t like leaving their pets, Bronwynn’s daily updates and communication is excellent and very reassuring! "Katie is the BEST! Katie was fantastic from our meet and great right to leaving our pets and home. Communication was 100 per cent clear and accurate. Katie does what she says she will do. We've had numerous occasions where we've been very apprehensive leaving our cats (especially timid Leo) but we were totally confident after meeting Katie that she was going to care for our boys well. And our instincts were correct.
We received the most lovely pics and updates. It's really evident that Katie is totally there for the animals and works out their little personalities quickly. We've never been asked by another sitter to message when we get home so she knows the animals are reunited with their owners. I think that sums everything up - she cares. House was left immaculately clean too which was lovely.
If you're looking for - in our opinion- the best cat sitter ever, who is 100 per cent honest, I'd go with Katie. Thank you Katie for everything we had the most relaxing break we've had in years!I'm sure two little boys here will look forward to seeing you again soon. "

"We have 2 dogs (who are very wary of strangers) and one cat. We have never left them with a pet sitter before.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for better pet sitters than Sandy and Balint.
From the very beginning, they went above and beyond in every possible way.
The care they took with our fur babies was outstanding — it was clear our bubs were genuinely loved, well looked after, and completely comfortable the entire time we were away.
The meet and greet beforehand was incredibly impressive. They took extensive notes and spent a great deal of time making sure they truly understood each of our bubs personalities, likes, dislikes, routines, and exactly what we wanted. Nothing felt rushed, and their attention to detail immediately put us at ease.
Communication was exceptional. They were happy to update us as often or as little as we wanted — we chose daily updates and were blown away by the thoughtful messages, amazing photos, and detailed summaries of our babies’ days. It made being away so much easier knowing they were in such capable hands.
What makes this even more impressive is that our booking was very last minute. Despite that, they were incredibly responsive, flexible, and still took the time to properly learn everything about our bubbas. We never once felt like an inconvenience.
When we arrived home our bubs were so relaxed and calm which put us at ease.
To top it all off, they left our home cleaner than we found it — we honestly couldn’t even tell anyone had been here.
I will only ever use Sandy and Balint going forward if they are available (which I highly doubt after I post this), and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
They really are the honest, trustworthy, animal loving people they describe themselves as. Thank you both ❤️❤️❤️"

"If I could rate Lydia more than five stars I would. Lydia looked after our bunnies like they were one of her family. Her quiet observations and questions as well as her familiarity with animals was reassuring from the very start. And her updates whilst we were away allowed us to fully enjoy our break knowing that our fur family were being well looked after. She has been an absolute God-send for us as we needed not only a reliable, caring pet sitter, but also an observant and proactive one as one of our bunnies has special needs. We are now looking forward to our next trip and can happily plan some more away time.
