"I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Alex took amazing care of my kitten and my flat while I was away. From the beginning, communication was clear and she consistently sent an update and photos or videos once a day. She made note of funny little aspects of my kit’s behaviour, showing she really got to know her personality!
My kitten clearly adored her from the moment they met— and upon return she was playful, well-fed, and completely relaxed when I got home. It was obvious that Alex spent quality time with her and treated her with real affection and care.
She also looked after my flat beautifully—it was tidy, clean, and exactly how I left it (if not better!). It’s such a relief to know that both my pet and home were in such capable hands.
I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible sitter. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!"

"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. "Alice helped us out last minute when our pet sitter had unexpectedly had to leave a day earlier than planned. She was very flexible, and very kind to our three pets, who loved her! Her communication was excellent and we came back to a tidy house. I would use her again any day - she gave us complete peace of mind while we were overseas, and we are so grateful for everything she did. We highly recommend Alice, and so do our pets!"

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"Rivka was PHENOMENAL! Honestly I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of my cats with the same love and dedication that I do, giving me constant updates and photos to calm my missing them every day! She was professional with a genuine care for animals and a wonderful human with an excellent laugh and just put me at ease from the first meeting!
I bought her a #1 pet sitter keyring and I stand by that! She was perfect! Even referred her to my parents and she took excellent care of their cats too!
She took the time to win over my cats with her kindness and respect for their space and it showed in all the photos and videos I got!
I cannot recommend Rivka highly enough! You’d be lucky to have her!"

We had some communication problems from our end, but Meret dealt with that graciously and patiently and got on with looking after our pets. "Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! "JR was simply amazing! She handled everything with grace and maturity, and we were so glad we'd booked her. From the very beginning of the meet & greet it was clear JR is an 'animal person' as both our dog and cat warmed to her straight away and seemed really calm around her (this is not typical for the dog especially). JR asked sensible questions which was helpful because it was our first time booking someone through a site like this. While we were away, she sent updates at least daily, and it was really clear the pets were well looked after and getting a LOT of attention.

"Rosie is a fantastic sitter and I can't recommend her highly enough!
Our family recently had to travel interstate at short notice. We have a shy cat and a large pond full of fish. From our very first interaction, Rosie was prompt and clear in her communication. She took the time to ask detailed questions about our pets’ routines, preferences, and any special instructions we had regarding the pets and the house. During our trip, she sent twice daily updates with photos, for which our kids were very grateful, and which reassured me that our pets were in great hands.
Upon returning home, I was impressed by how clean everything was. Rosie made sure to keep the litter box tidy and the feeding area spotless. It was clear that she treated our home and cat with respect and care.
Perhaps the most heartwarming aspect of Rosie’s care was her evident kindness. Our cat, who can be a bit wary of new people, warmed up to her immediately. According to my teenage daughter "she passed the vibe check". She clearly loves cats, and her genuine care made a world of difference.
Overall, Rosie is a fantastic cat (and fish) sitter and an excellent choice for anyone looking for someone reliable and loving to care for their pets. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for future pet-sitting needs!"
