"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! Laura took on housesitting for just under 2 weeks. On our return, the place was clean and tidy, the pups were happy and we will definitely be using her services again. Thanks Laura! "Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Georgie did such a great job and gave me a really stress-free/relaxing weekend by putting my mind at ease. She was very communicative, bonded with my dog immediately and kept me up to date with how he was doing.
She went out of her way to make it easy for us and was very accommodating.
I’ve come home to a very happy boy and really hope I can book Georgie again."

"JR was simply amazing! She handled everything with grace and maturity, and we were so glad we'd booked her. From the very beginning of the meet & greet it was clear JR is an 'animal person' as both our dog and cat warmed to her straight away and seemed really calm around her (this is not typical for the dog especially). JR asked sensible questions which was helpful because it was our first time booking someone through a site like this. While we were away, she sent updates at least daily, and it was really clear the pets were well looked after and getting a LOT of attention.
I highly recommend JR as a pet sitter. "

"Margaret was the perfect pet sitter when we went away for the weekend. She took special cared for our dog who was recovering from an operation - cooking her special meals which was really appreciated. Margaret was a great communicator and kept us in the loop as to how our dog and cat were going while we were away. Our house was left perfectly clean and tidy. "50 stars for Sandy!!! I truly could not have asked for a better sitter for our dog, cat and two guinea pigs over the weekend.
Our original sitter had fallen through and Sandy arrived just minutes before we left for the airport. She took the most amazing care of our tricky kelpie Labrador Nala, and sent me so many photos so I wasn’t worried about how they were getting along. She even made special food for Nala because her tummy was upset. I think Sandy took much better care of Nala than we do. I highly highly recommend Sandy. She is lovely, responsive, trust worthy, capable and kind.

"Kass was fantastic. We had never left our fur baby with a stranger before but when Kass came over to meet us we felt comfortable straight away. Kass was friendly and polite.and our shy dog liked her immediately (always a good sign). Throughout her stay she kept us up to date with photos of how our dog was going while we were away. "Beata is a very reliable pet sitter who has genuine love for cats. My three rescue boys who are not great with strangers took to her almost immediately. "Roy is a wonderful person. We left our 2GSD's under his care and they both seemed very happy and well taken care. Roy has a systematic approach and he took our dogs for walk, understood all the details very well and did continued the same routine for our dogs. The most important part was I contacted him via Pawshake at such late hours and he replied early morning at 4 and was at our place 7.30 sharp in the morning. This was totally incredible! I am very very thankful to Roy for taking our request at last minute. I would highly recommend him if you want your furry friend to be in safe and kind hands :)"

"Meret looked after both Judie, our dog, and Rocky, our cat, beautifully. We had some communication problems from our end, but Meret dealt with that graciously and patiently and got on with looking after our pets. We received updates on how they were going and the house was left spotless. It was lovely to come home to happy pets!"
