"Leaving our cats in the care of strangers can be stressful, but Rivka made the experience completely worry-free.
She was incredibly communicative, sending regular updates and addressing any concerns we had as well as sending photos of our cats having a lovely holiday from us.
Our cats were well-loved and well-cared for, and we returned home feeling completely at ease that the cats were not stressed with us not being around.
The cats clearly loved her company, and we came home to a clean house and relaxed cats. We can't thank Rivka enough for her exceptional care and peace of mind.

"Jackie was very trustworthy and caring of Lulu. Because she's also a fellow cat mum herself, Lulu didn't feel like she was left alone for 3 nights! Jackie would send me regular updates and photos. We came home to a happy cat, well fed and all litter boxes cleaned! She also fed our fishies as a bonus!

Our family recently had to travel interstate at short notice. We have a shy cat and a large pond full of fish. From our very first interaction, Rosie was prompt and clear in her communication. She took the time to ask detailed questions about our pets’ routines, preferences, and any special instructions we had regarding the pets and the house. During our trip, she sent twice daily updates with photos, for which our kids were very grateful, and which reassured me that our pets were in great hands.
Upon returning home, I was impressed by how clean everything was. Rosie made sure to keep the litter box tidy and the feeding area spotless. It was clear that she treated our home and cat with respect and care.
Perhaps the most heartwarming aspect of Rosie’s care was her evident kindness. Our cat, who can be a bit wary of new people, warmed up to her immediately. According to my teenage daughter "she passed the vibe check". She clearly loves cats, and her genuine care made a world of difference.
Overall, Rosie is a fantastic cat (and fish) sitter and an excellent choice for anyone looking for someone reliable and loving to care for their pets. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for future pet-sitting needs!"

"I have two very big, boisterous dogs that I find hard to handle at the best of times.
Looking for a pet sitter is so daunting for me.
Miriam met me and the dogs for a meet and greet to ensure that the dogs were ‘doable’ and she reassured me that she would manage. And she did so above all expectations, the meet and greet was a bonus but her capability surprised me to say the least!
I received photos and updates throughout the day (I don’t even know how she managed a photo during the walk!) she went above and beyond for the three days she spent with the pups. My dogs spent the day outside, having fun, wagging their tails and when I got home, it was clean, fresh and it felt like I hadn’t gone away.
What a treasure, I don’t only recommend and commend Miriam, I urge you to connect with her for a trustworthy, reliable, competent and just hands down amazing dog sitter and walker."

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"

"Michael spent two days with my two very large and excitable dogs (Great Dane and Staffy), they are known to be rambunctious and hard to handle but Michael took it in his stride and made sure the pups had an amazing weekend!
