"Sienna was a wonderful pet sitter for our fur family in our home. Her meet and greet was professional and put us at ease. She took fantastic care of our 2 dogs, 2 cats and lorikeet. She was exceptionally patient with our nervous dog, particularly on our first night away. Her communication was fantastic before and during our trip. The house was well-looked after, and she had thoughtfully popped the linen she had used through the washing machine before we returned home. Our return flight was delayed and she kindly called in and fed everyone in the evening. We were so happy and would definitely have Sienna in our home again. Thank you so much!!"

"Amelia is amazing! Such a caring, conscientious and communicative person. We loved our daily video updates about her adventures with our pup Byron who clearly had the best time with Amelia while we were away. And Amelia went above and beyond, washed our spare bedroom bedding and her used towels before she left, put rubbish out and clearly had vacuumed as well! If it wasn’t for her regular updates and how great Byron was when we got home, it would’ve been like she was never there! Thank you Amelia, Byron looks forward to seeing you again soon………….oh and Dingus the cat of course! "

"Alba has been an exceptional cat sitter from start to finish. She took wonderful care of our cat, giving her plenty of attention and keeping her happy and relaxed while we were away. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers. From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood. We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible. Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out. We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts.
