"Paul was a great comfort to us when leaving our cats and dog for the first long-term holiday. He was so great our dog walker also asked him to come and stay! Communication and photo updates were great and they all looked so happy in the videos. Our pets clearly loved him and we hope he will come stay again next time they need a live-in friend."

"Alba has been an exceptional cat sitter from start to finish. She took wonderful care of our cat, giving her plenty of attention and keeping her happy and relaxed while we were away. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers. From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood. We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible. Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out. We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. "Ingrid stayed at our home for 4 weeks to look after our 3 cats while we were away. one of our cats is quite old, the other very anxious and Ingrid looked after them so well. she especially worked on gaining our anxious cat's trust, he even ended up sleeping on her lap. The house was also spotless when we came back. We would definitely recommend Ingrid and book her again. "

"Magdalena (Mai) took excellent care of our two dogs - a 2 year old pup, and a senior 13 year old. She was mature, reliable, trustworthy and an excellent communicator. "Jorge took care of my pets for an entire weekend. He stayed at our home and made sure that all of our 5 pets (cats and dogs) were fed and loved. Our dogs are very anxious and do not like meeting new people. Jorge was very patient with them. He sent us regular updates and left the house in a better state than it was in. I will definitely book him again. "
