"This was the first time we left our fur baby for 10 days and Amy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She provided regular updates and photos, and it was clear our baby was receiving excellent care and attention. So happy to have found someone I can truly trust with my fur baby! "I am so grateful that I found Alice and Eddie's profile on pawshake.
My dog had a medical emergency right before my holiday and I was torn about whether I should even go or not. Alice and Eddie were so kind and put my mind at rest. They looked after my puppies as if they were their own and the detailed communication updates were outstanding! They were more than happy to administer medication and the love and care they provided for my dogs was honestly amazing. "By far the best pet sitter I have found. Both Pratik and his daughter just gave so much love n affection to Archie that he was super sad coming back home. He was treated so well even got groomed by Pratik. He smelled so well when I got him home. Pratik kept me well updated with Archie and I loved it how he was taken on walks, fed good fresh food and given so much love. He was given more care than I have given him. I will give my dog back to them in a BLINK of an eye! Thank you again Pratik for being so kind and affectionate to Archie. "

"Elise and her family were the best dog sitters i could ever have asked for. They gave both my Maltese a holiday while i was away on holiday. "Sascha is an amazing super pet sitter. We entrusted our 9 y.o rescue staffy Lockor with him for 11 nights on our first overseas trip since the pandemic. We were nervous, especially with Lockor having separation anxiety and dog aggression. Sascha is the best, he took the time to arrange meet & greets prior to booking and also asked if we would like Lockor to come over for a visit 1 week prior to our trip, so our dog could get acquainted with him and his lovely wife Tamara.
During our trip, Sascha provided so many updates, most of which were him pampering our dog so much so I think our dog was the one having a holiday!!! Communication was amazing + Sascha went above and beyond.
We cannot thank you enough Sascha and Lockor is definitely looking forward to many more stays.

"Barney seems to have had a wonderful time, staying with Harley, Kate and Madeline! It was extremely easy to make arrangements and communicate with Harley. I also met the lovely Kate for the "meet and greet". Harley also sent pics of Barney during the stay, which is always reassuring when you are missing furry friends. Barney came home happy and relaxed. Harley even dropped over some food I had left behind. I have no hesitation in recommending Harley, Kate and Madeline as responsible and caring pet sitters, and definitely hope to use their services again. "

"Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"

"Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.
