"Rebecca was fantastic with our dog! She’s incredibly warm and great at what she does. When we came by for a meet and greet, she took the time to observe our dog to understand his nature. She was thoughtful about the mix of dogs that would be at her place and our dog had the best time with her and the other dogs she was caring for. We received daily photos of walks and playtime, and our dog felt comfortable with her, happy to sleep at her feet. We are glad we found Rebecca and no doubt will be seeking her out the next time we go away. Glad to have found someone we can fully trust! Thanks Rebecca!"

"Jose and Luisa are best pet sitters in Melbourne. I left my dog in their care for more than a month while I was overseas. They are very professional, they looked after my dog really well. Well aware of dog health condition and how to handle at home. I am so impressed with their care, when I see my dog. They were giving us regular updates, videos images stories on Instagram and WhatsApp. Words are not enough to appreciate them. My dog will be going into their care each time we go on holidays. "I am so grateful that I found Alice and Eddie's profile on pawshake.
My dog had a medical emergency right before my holiday and I was torn about whether I should even go or not. Alice and Eddie were so kind and put my mind at rest. They looked after my puppies as if they were their own and the detailed communication updates were outstanding! They were more than happy to administer medication and the love and care they provided for my dogs was honestly amazing. Their house set up is perfect for dog sitting and I will definitely be booking in for another puppy stay soon. Thank you Alice and Eddie for being the best dog sitters ever!! "

"Saabrin made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately upon meeting. Her place is clean and yard is nice for dogs to run around. She was equipped with treats and clearly knew how to handle and train dogs. Frodo and Momo were introduced and they got along well. She also kept a watchful eye to keep the dogs safe and controlled. She was patient to interact with Momo who is a bit anxious. She asked me all the questions to get to know Momo, her routine and personality. We did a trial stay and I believe Momo has started rubbing her face on her legs, one of her quirks, when she's comfortable with the person. Clearly, Momo has become comfortable with Saabrin. Myra was also present during meet & greet and it's great to see she knows how to interact with dogs as well. A mother & daughter tandem who clearly shows they love and know dogs well. Happy to have met them, I'll have peace of mind knowing I'm entrusting Momo in their care."

"I had a great experience with Cindy as a dog sitter. She was very accommodating and flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which made scheduling so much easier. Cindy took Boat out for walks 1–2 times a day, ensuring he got plenty of exercise. Throughout the day, she also kept me updated with photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind knowing Boat was happy and well cared for. "Jenny is a fantastic dog sitter! She was super communicative and accomodating for our dog’s needs. This was our first time leaving our puppy, and Jenny took the time to meet with him and make him feel at ease in her home, especially as we were away for an extended period. Her home is also perfectly set up for dogs and there is plenty of space to run around and play. There were no issues while we were away, and Jenny provided regular updates which put us at ease. Our dog is his happy energetic self since we have returned and we couldn’t be more thankful for Jenny looking after him! 10/10."

"Sooyeon truly put her heart and soul into her care. She went an extra mile to make sure Veggie had enough food, walk and rest. We were and will be rest assured that Sooyeon would be our frequent petsitter from now on. Sooyeon has high responsibility, sending photos EVERYDAY which adds lots more work on her hand, but she handled it so well. She managed to do all the working despite having studied and exams at the same time. Dont doubt, just book her!!!"

"Ling looked after our senior dog Grizzly for 10 days and we would highly recommend her. She is patient and great with communication. We received regular updates and photos of Grizzly for our ease of mind. She was happy to feed her medication and eye drops which we appreciated.

"We couldn’t have asked for better pet sitters than Sherica and Matt!
They took great care of our dog Mochi for two weeks while we were on holiday.
From the beginning, Sherica was responsive and quick to organise a meet and greet, which made the entire process easy and smooth.
This was also our first time boarding Mochi and it was clear that he was in great hands since they went above and beyond by providing regular updates and accommodating to his dietary needs.
Mochi had an absolute blast, especially playing with their dog Leo and we can tell that he was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of.
I would happily book with Sherica and Matt again and reccomend them to anyone looking for reliable pet sitters 🙂"
