"Janine was really responsive with communications and right from the initial meeting it was a clear that Asha was going to be looked after a genuine 'dog lover' (and dog loving family) that was going to care for our pet as much as she would for her own! Janine updated us with information and photo's on how Asha was settling-in which gave us peace of mind.
A really good experience and will definitely be trying to book Janine and her family care for Asha again on our next trip!"

"Carlynn looked after our dog over our holiday period and sent regular updates and images to help us to monitor his progress to provide the assurance that our dog was in great hands.
Carlynn even went as far as cleaning our dog bowls when we received our dog back which was much appreciated.

"From the meet and greet explaining that Poppy was an anxious dog and to not crowd her. When she is ready she will come to you. After two days she was interacting.I asked Marrie to walk her twice a day as this is her usual routine. Marrie sent photos and videos virtually every day showing all the places they went including the beach, dog parks, Perth foreshore and river area and lots of having cuddles at home and out, Poppy's tail was always wagging a sign that she was happy and having a good time.
When we picked Poppy up she knew us but kept going back to Marrie. They had got attached to each other. Poppy cried 2 days for her day and night. Now she has settled down.
i am extremely happy with the care of Poppy, She came back clean, well fed and loved. I will recommend Marrie to all my friends as she was excellent in the care and love of Poppy and I will be using her again soon.

Steve and his partner were amazing, they have a puppy themselves who played so nicely with ours, their house had loads of space for two to play and the nearby trails were perfect outdoor exercise for our rather energetic puppy
