"Jason took wonderful care of our two cavoodles for a week. One of our dogs has a newly-diagnosed medical condition and Jason took this in his stride (including administering medication) so that we felt very comfortable leaving her in his care. He is an excellent communicator, sent us regular updates so we knew everything was going well and cared for them deeply. I hope that Jason will be available next time we go away as we would be delighted to send our dogs to him again."

"Winnie was a fantastic pet sitter! From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring. While we were away, she took great care of our dog — feeding her on schedule, keeping everything clean, and making sure she felt comfortable and loved. We especially appreciated the daily updates and adorable pictures, which made it much easier for us to relax on our trip. Our dog clearly bonded with Winnie and was calm and content when we returned. We wouldn't hesitate to book her again — highly recommended!"

"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! "Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. Looking forward to future holidays knowing that our dogs enjoyed the stay and are in very capable hands."

"Weijun took good care of our Australian Cattle Dog. He spent one night (dog-boarding) and an additional full day (doggy day care) on a rainy weekend at Weijun’s - which could’ve been challenging with lack of outdoor play, but he was well looked after! Very grateful! "

"Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough!
