"I couldn’t have been happier with Graham’s dog boarding service. From the moment I contacted him, I knew that Graham was a professional who cares deeply about the well-being of his furry clients.
One thing that really stood out to me was Graham’s excellent communication. Before the boarding, he took the time to ask about my dog’s routine, likes and dislikes, which really put my mind at ease. During my holiday, Graham sent me daily updates and photos, which I greatly appreciated. It was clear that my dog was having a blast and being well-cared for.
When I picked up my dog, he was happy and had even learned a few new tricks! It’s obvious that Graham is a real “dog person” who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a great time. I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care our dog received and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Highly recommend!

"We were a week out from leaving on an interstate family holiday when our dog sitter (my parents) announced they were off to NZ the same time we would be away….they’d completely forgotten Mochi, our large exuberant Harrier Hound, was going to stay with them while we were away.
Enter Pawshake. Dale was the first and only person we contacted - obviously time was a factor in our case, and her responsiveness, prices, easy going nature, and the fact she knew what she was talking about (plus she said nice things about our doggie!), meant we didn’t need to contact anyone else. (We looked at a few profiles on Pawshake and the number of people, young people, saying they could handle large excitable dogs in their one bedroom “insert trendy inner suburb here” apartment was laughable).
Mochi isn’t yet 2 years old and he’s huge (40 kg and my height -165cm when he stands up on two legs), he is a hound, bred to think a certain way (which is often “I’m doing what I want regardless) and on top of all of this, Mochi just wants to be loved and be around you. He needs someone who is going to give him all the love in the world while not being a pushover.
Dale knew how to respond and interact with Mochi from the start. He came back to us happy, healthy and very tired (we struggle to tire him out so this was brilliant).
Dale has the space, set up, location and knowledge for you to be able to leave your pet with her and not be worried about whether or not you made the right dog sitter decision. She updated us daily with photos of Mochi- it was so heartwarming to see Mochi wasn’t just another dog at their house; he was very much a part of their family and in the mix of it all for the 6 days he was with them.
We will not hesitate to book Dale again. Thank you so much for taking care of our boy! "

"Fika and her family took amazing care of our puppy Max. He seemed so happy with them! They were extremely attentive, caring, and communicated clearly at all times. Fika's house is perfectly set up for dogs, securely fenced with plenty of space. Max's high energy levels were taken care of with lots of walks, play, and affection. Fika even taught him to fetch during his stay! Was very grateful for all of the photos and updates too. We will absolutely come to Fika again and would highly recommend her to other dog owners."

"Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"

"Hello, we have had our bat with Sam for 17 days and we are very happy With his service. He exactly followed the routine required for puppies, mature growth and also kept us well informed through images and videos every day while we were away. He was also proactive in monitoring any sickness or incident with a puppy so that it can be rectified and appropriate medicine can be given. "Thanks Cecilia for taking great care of our puppy Cody - it is our first time to leave our puppy for a short trip and Cecilia always responded fast and provided updates of Cody. Cecilia is very easy to communicate with and she follows the care notes that we give her and make sure our Cody has the good care. She also organized meet and greet for Cody to meet herself and other dogs who will stay together during those dates. "Laura is an Amazing pet sitter. From the time of booking till the end the communication with Laura was seamless. She was able to respond to all my messages asap and also provide updates about my dog (Rana) everyday. She also sent me multiple picture of Rana everyday which gave me a assurance of all good there. She is also very caring to the pet. I felt Rana was pampered during his stay and will miss her. :)

"This was a first time experience of leaving our pooch with a pet sitter & we are so glad GQ offered to look after our dog.
Within no time our pooch settled in and also had some companionship.
He was well looked after and we did have the peace of mind in knowing that.

"Milo just returned from another stay with Michelle and Jason, this time for almost three weeks, and once again, I am beyond impressed!
Since Milo stayed with them a few times, I had complete peace of mind leaving Milo in their care for an extended period.
Michelle kept me updated throughout the entire stay, letting me know how Milo was settling in and providing updates on his progress.
It was so reassuring to hear how comfortable and well-cared-for he was during the long stay.
I couldn’t ask for better care for my dog, and I’m so grateful to have found such a reliable and caring place for Milo.
