"We couldn’t have asked for better pet sitters than Sherica and Matt!
They took great care of our dog Mochi for two weeks while we were on holiday.
From the beginning, Sherica was responsive and quick to organise a meet and greet, which made the entire process easy and smooth.
This was also our first time boarding Mochi and it was clear that he was in great hands since they went above and beyond by providing regular updates and accommodating to his dietary needs.
Mochi had an absolute blast, especially playing with their dog Leo and we can tell that he was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of.
I would happily book with Sherica and Matt again and reccomend them to anyone looking for reliable pet sitters 🙂"

"Christine and Neil recently took care of our giant furball, Ralph, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Leaving Ralph for the first time had us feeling quite anxious, but their daily updates truly put our minds at ease. It was clear from the photos and messages that Ralph was not only well cared for but also absolutely spoilt. They treated him like their own, giving him all the attention and love a big boy like Ralph deserves.

"I recently booked Jennifer and Troy through Pawshake to look after my two furbabies Chino and Orie for a week while I was on holiday, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was my first time ever leaving my dogs with someone new, but from the very beginning, Jennifer and Troy made me feel comfortable and confident that my dogs were in good hands.
One of the main reasons I chose them was the way they instantly connected with my dogs and the thoughtful, pet-friendly environment they provide. Their home felt safe, welcoming, and perfect for my dogs’ needs. Throughout the entire week, they kept me updated every single day with photos, videos, and messages—letting me know how my dogs were doing, what their day looked like, and how they were settling in. Those updates gave me so much peace of mind and made it easy to enjoy my holiday without worrying.
Most importantly, my babies came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. They looked like they truly enjoyed their stay and felt right at home with Jennifer and Troy. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care and attention they provided.

"Sascha is an amazing super pet sitter. We entrusted our 9 y.o rescue staffy Lockor with him for 11 nights on our first overseas trip since the pandemic. We were nervous, especially with Lockor having separation anxiety and dog aggression. Sascha is the best, he took the time to arrange meet & greets prior to booking and also asked if we would like Lockor to come over for a visit 1 week prior to our trip, so our dog could get acquainted with him and his lovely wife Tamara.
During our trip, Sascha provided so many updates, most of which were him pampering our dog so much so I think our dog was the one having a holiday!!! Communication was amazing + Sascha went above and beyond.
We cannot thank you enough Sascha and Lockor is definitely looking forward to many more stays.

"We have gone with Jimmy multiple times since the beginning, and he has been caring and reliable. He treats my little mini dachshund, Tux, like family, allowing him to cuddle on the couch and in his bed. Jimmy’s dogs and cat seem good with Tux, and this is important because Tux can get pretty cautious with other dogs. Jimmy slowly introduces his pets to Tux to ensure it makes him feel comfortable. Have gone with Jimmy for both doggy day care and short boarding. Would recommend. "

"Larina was amazing. Easy and quick to communicate with, accommodated us at short notice, and she offered a meet and greet at the location my pet would stay, and even met her family and said hello. My pet felt very comfortable. She asked many questions to make sure my pet was comfortable and what their routine was like. During the stay, she updated with photos and messages throughout. "Troy is by far our first choice when I need a dog sitter. I have used his service couple of time, the last one for a period of five weeks. "We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JT’s Pet Club – a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy “Skye” for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the ‘meet-and-greet” and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience.
