"May and Ye made our dogs Aria and Rupert feel welcome at their home. They were both very friendly. They made sure Aria and Rupert settled in their home and their dog also. They sent me an update how the dogs were going and some photos. The photos showed they were settled and enjoyed themselves. The backyard was big that the dogs loved running around and playing. I would recommend May and Ye because they are easy to communicate and helped our dogs settled in because it was their first time to be in a dog sitter’s home and they enjoyed it. Not only are they good dog sitter they are also price affordable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

She asked thorough questions not just about Posto’s physical needs (feeding schedule, medication, walk routine) but also about his personality, his comfort cues, and any anxieties he might have. As an 8-year-old Labrador, Posto is past his puppy phase and is settling into his senior years. While still energetic, he appreciates his routine. The quality of care Posto received during his stay was nothing short of exceptional. The primary goal we had for any sitter was to ensure Posto felt "at home," and Cathy delivered on this promise beautifully.

Labs thrive on routine, and Cathy expertly maintained Posto’s established schedule. His mealtimes were punctual and his walks were stimulating. This consistency is crucial for an older dog, as it minimizes stress and confusion.
More importantly, Cathy went above and beyond to replicate the comforts of our own house. She allowed Posto to snuggle on approved furniture (just like he does at home), had a dedicated space for his favourite blanket and toys, and created an environment that was calm and predictable. This intentional effort to recreate his familiar surroundings is what truly made him feel at ease.
Communication: Peace of Mind Ensured
The communication throughout the booking was outstanding. We received regular updates, beautiful photos, and even short videos that honestly made our time away much more relaxing. Knowing Posto was not just okay, but was genuinely happy and thriving, allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without any underlying worry.
The Farewell: A Happy, Relaxed Dog
The ultimate measure of a great dog sitter is the state of the dog upon pickup. When we arrived, Posto was relaxed, clean, and demonstrably happy. There were no signs of stress, agitation, or anxious energy. He greeted us with his usual enthusiasm but was clearly just as comfortable saying goodbye to Cathy—a clear indicator that a strong, positive bond had formed during his stay.

"I can't recommend Alexndra enough as a dog sitter! She took amazing care of my two dogs, Romeo (a playful Golden Retriever) and Juliet (my sweet naughty Beagle). From the moment we met her, I knew they were in great hands.

"Anthony and Lorenzo took care of our dog, Kayu, for nearly three weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for better sitters! They were incredibly attentive, providing daily updates with multiple pictures and videos that kept us connected to Kayu throughout. It was clear from the updates that Kayu was not only well cared for but truly happy, comfortable, and having so much fun in their care. "Jose and Luisa are best pet sitters in Melbourne. I left my dog in their care for more than a month while I was overseas. They are very professional, they looked after my dog really well.
