"I was really impressed with Yuejia during Austin’s first stay at her home. From the start, she was welcoming, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Austin settled in quickly and was comfortable in her space, which meant a lot to me.
Yuejia did a great job keeping me updated and making sure Austin’s needs and routine were well taken care of. It was clear she genuinely cared about him and treated him like her own.
I would absolutely book with Yuejia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter."

Lulu took absolutely beautiful care of our 🐶 toy caboodle Strawberry. She was truly spoiled — sleeping on the bed, enjoying lots of cuddles, and clearly treated as part of the family.
Communication was excellent throughout her stay. We received regular updates and lovely photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Strawberry looked relaxed, happy, and very settled in every update.
Lulu was also wonderful with Strawberry’s needs — she gave her medication without any issues and even gently cleaned her eyes, which we really appreciated. It was clear she paid close attention and genuinely cared.
When we picked Strawberry up, she was calm, happy, and clearly had a fantastic time. She loved playing with the other dogs, exploring the backyard, and snuggling up — exactly how you hope your dog feels when you’re away.
We would highly recommend Lulu to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and loving dog sitter. Strawberry can’t wait to stay again! 💗🐶"

"Michele was excellent when our dog Cookie stayed. She was very considerate for his stay and his socializing with others and as well as her dogs because Cookie is a little shy dog. She gave good care of him and love while he was there. She even brought him to the pet shop. The most thing I enjoyed about Michele’s dog boarding was when she sent me Cookie’s photos. He looked happy and enjoyed there. I would let Cookie to stay with Michele again definitely."

"Dnyandip and his girlfriend took very well care of my dog and my sister's dog whilst we were on holidays. As both our dogs are seniors (16yrs) and require particular care including administering medication. They took them for daily walks and tried to make them feel at ease as quickly as possible. I also appreciate the updates via photos and messages whilst we were gone.
My dog in particular had an unfortunate medical incident due to his aging body. Dnyandip and his girlfriend didn't hesitate and took my dog to an emergency vet ASAP to ensure he was safe and not in further harm. I can't express how much I appreciate their quick actions and their genuine care regarding my dog's health.
I can't recommend them enough and wouldn't hesitate using their services in the future."

"Winnie was a fantastic pet sitter! From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring. While we were away, she took great care of our dog — feeding her on schedule, keeping everything clean, and making sure she felt comfortable and loved. "Felisa looked after our Jack Russell terrier over the week of Christmas 2025 and it was a fantastic experience. She kept us updated with messages and photos every day and made sure our little dog was so well looked after. Felisa is a dog lover and looked after our dog as if it was her own. "5/5 stars really isn't enough! I'd like to leave 10/5 stars. Yumi and her partner answered my urgent query within 30 minutes, we're easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate. My boy (and I) have anxiety, and he doesn't like parting from right by my side. He took to Yumi and her partner straight away. I haven't used a sitting service before, and Yumi made me feel at ease, by knowing what questions to ask to make my boys stay as comfortable as possible. "Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too! We were very pleased with Joyce’s service and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter."

"Our Paxton had a blast with Kavita and her family while we were away. Kavita truly loves dogs, always caring about Paxton's physical and mental wellbeing and paying attention to even small details. She provided daily updates with photos and videos. Her place was well-suited for dogs of any size with a free and easy backyard access. Her dog Mahaan is a gentle soul and was very accommodating of a new dog in the house. We will definitely leave Paxton with Kavita again for any future trips. "Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. "Simon is a very lovely and kind gentleman. He took great care of my dog, Teddy, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. His home is cozy, warm, and very clean, which made it the perfect environment for Teddy to feel comfortable.
