"“I can’t thank Natalie and her family enough for taking such great care of my dog during the holidays. We left Nico for more than 35 days with Natalie. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Natalie was incredibly attentive, ensuring my dog had everything he needed, from daily walks to plenty of playtime.Nico is a fussy eater but Natalie make sure that he eats his food without fail. I also loved the updates and photos throughout his stay—it made me feel connected even while I was away. When I picked Nico up after his stay I can say that he missed Natalie and his friends . "Fika and her family took amazing care of our puppy Max. He seemed so happy with them! They were extremely attentive, caring, and communicated clearly at all times. Fika's house is perfectly set up for dogs, securely fenced with plenty of space. Max's high energy levels were taken care of with lots of walks, play, and affection. Fika even taught him to fetch during his stay! Was very grateful for all of the photos and updates too. We will absolutely come to Fika again and would highly recommend her to other dog owners."

He exactly followed the routine required for puppies, mature growth and also kept us well informed through images and videos every day while we were away. He was also proactive in monitoring any sickness or incident with a puppy so that it can be rectified and appropriate medicine can be given. "I had a great experience with Hayley and Daphne. The energy was fantastic right from the start—everyone was welcoming, and the space was perfect for dogs to play and relax. My dog made an instant connection with Daphne and became besties🥹 which was a huge plus. Im giving them a 5/5 because I know my dog was well taken care of and in good hands. Although I would have appreciated a little more photos of her stay to keep me updated on how my dog was doing. But overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return!

"Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"

"Laura is an Amazing pet sitter. From the time of booking till the end the communication with Laura was seamless. She was able to respond to all my messages asap and also provide updates about my dog (Rana) everyday. She also sent me multiple picture of Rana everyday which gave me a assurance of all good there. She is also very caring to the pet. I felt Rana was pampered during his stay and will miss her. :)
