"Alice was amazing at the care she provided my 2 French Bulldogs. She made me feel at ease and I had peace of mind knowing they were well looked after. She sent daily messages/photos of their daily walks and interactions. They even got a bath. Can’t recommend her highly enough. She was very loving and caring towards my pets. Will definitely return to her pet sitting in the near future. "

"Lyla took a very last minute booking from us when another sitter fell through and we can't say thank you enough for how kind, well-organised and lovely she was to our little pup! She communicated quickly and consistently the whole week we were away and sent lots of photos to keep us up to date with everything happening back home. We felt so grateful to see our dog in such good care and looking so happy with Lyla 💛

James was very friendly from the beginning, set aside time for the meet and greet beforehand, he kept us updated with comments and photographs daily. "Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Emma and Ren, for taking such great care of Loki!"

"I felt very at ease leaving my small dog Munchie with Miki. Miki is so warm and friendly and Munchie loved her straight away. Miki has a gorgeous ground floor apartment, with a good amount of outdoor space, it’s also very close to the park. I received some lovely updates from Miki whilst I was away too. "This was our second time to leave our 20 month old cavoodle, Harley, with Reen and Fernando. This time we left our pup for 17 nights. We felt so comfortable throughout as Reen was so communicative (we never had to ask for an update) and it was evident that they were taking care of Harley as if he was their own! My husband and I even joked that we weren’t sure Harley would come back with us as he was so well taken care of. They baked homemade treats and meals and spoiled him with lots of walks and outings. They even taught him some new tricks which was lovely. Harley loved his stay with Reen, Fernando and their pup, Casper.
We don’t live close to Sydney CBD but are so happy to travel as these guys are the best! Honestly, can’t recommend these sitters more. "

"Floriane and her housemates took excellent care of our dog Harvey while we were away for 6 nights. "Ciara has a lovely open apartment 5Min walk from Sydney Park, a major criteria for me. My 2 dogs settled in very quickly, thankfully they are very adaptable doggies now 8yo siblings. Ciara had pics to me ea day just to reassure me they were enjoying their park run around, asleep at her place (on the lounge) and general wellbeing Very friendly young girl & partner, loves dogs that was obvious. "Karina was an incredible host for our anxious dog, Spirit, during my trip! She went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and well cared for, keeping us updated frequently with photos and messages that gave me peace of mind.
