"Victoria is such a lovely person! Winston was welcomed and had fun while being cared for. Victoria’s communication is excellent and she gave us updates to know that he had settled and was playing happily. Great location. "We are only visitors to Brisbane and needed day care for our dog who travels with us. We were lucky enough to to find Pawshake on the Internet, and in particular we found Alban and his partner Anna. They welcomed our fur baby and made her feel at home which we appreciated, as Gypsy does not take well to kennels, being a kelpie who loves her freedom. Thank you Alban, we will be in touch when next in Brisbane and needing doggy day care."

"Our two pups spent a lovely day with Bianca for day care. They were well looked after, and the facilities are exactly as described in the advert. They got on well with the family and also Rollo the groodle - a lovely bundle of energy and fun and compatible with small dogs too. Recommended."

"John made sure to meet my anxious little Spoodle out the front of his home to ensure she was put more at ease before meeting other dogs. He even encouraged us to come early so he could take her on a walk before any other dogs arrived which meant they could build a relationship before other dogs arrived. Felt this was a really positive start to the experience given she can become quite scared around other dogs. He made sure to send us updates on how she was going during her stay and her wagging tail when we picked her up said it all. Will be booking in again!"

He is a somewhat anxious Staffy and was unsure when I was dropping him off, but seemed happy and relaxed when I picked him up from Emma. Emma took him on a hike!
