"I couldn't be happier with the care our dog Luna received while staying with Fika and her wonderful family. They have a fantastic set up at their home and it was clear from the start how caring and attentive they are, helping Luna feel comfortable in her new surroundings right away, and putting our minds at ease with regular updates and photos throughout her stay. Luna also got along so well with Taffy and it was great to see her so happy and relaxed when I came to pick her up, as it was her first time with a sitter. "Riya, Harshit & Coco, looked after my 2 - 1yr olds and both Anna & Marlin had a wonderful time, came home totally exhausted, having made a new friend in Coco, who graciously accepted them into his domain.
Both will happily have more day care play dates with Coco, whilst being cared for by Riya and Harshit, who are definitely dog lovers. My two are cautious of new people, but almost instantly greeted them as "old friends". Dogs know who they can trust."

"Shannon has been absolutely wonderful with Niko. From the very beginning, she offered such a calm and reassuring presence — something I deeply appreciated as it was my first time leaving him with someone. Her empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental attitude made the whole process so much easier for both of us.
She’s incredibly conscientious and thoughtful in her care. I really value her regular updates and photos, as well as her openness to discuss how the day went afterwards. It’s clear she genuinely pays attention to Niko’s needs and wellbeing.
One of the things I appreciate most is how she’s supported the training we’re doing at home, especially around building Niko’s independence. Shannon allows space for that growth and doesn’t over-coddle him, which has been so helpful in reinforcing the work we’re doing. He’s always happy to see her when we arrive, but he’s not overly dependent on her — a sign that she’s striking the perfect balance between warmth, care, and encouraging confidence.
It’s such a relief knowing he’s in capable, kind, and thoughtful hands. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind Shannon brings — I couldn’t recommend her more highly."

"Molly and Leeam have been amazing. They showed immediate affection for Biggs when we met for the first time. They kept me updated during the care and it was so lovely to see Biggs settling in so quickly with photos of cuddles. "You know when you meet someone and you get the vibe that they are just a good soul? Thats how I felt dropping my dog, Cruiser off to Nathan for the day. My dog is a rescue cattle dog, full of teenage angst and rescue baggage and Nathan had him relaxed and happy pretty quickly. Cruise had a super fun day hanging out and was ready for a big sleep when we got home. Thanks for great communication as this was such a last minute request! Hope Cruise can visit again soon 🐶💕"

"This is the first time I use Pawshake, and the first time we travel with our dog Zeus shortly after we have him. I was very lucky to have found Keelie, who has kindly take care of him despite I made a mistake on the date which made it a even last minute assignment. She was careful in letting me know that she has 2 other dogs and what temperament they were and let me decide if Zeus would be suitable. Keelie provides a good homely environment for the dogs, they are free to roam around, and I know that she takes the dogs out for a walk - just Zeus already had his walk so it wasn't needed for him. Her 2 boys love dogs so it was really lovely. She provides ongoing sms to me to let me know how Zeus was doing, so I was very relaxed throughout the day. Thank you very much for taking care of Zeus, I think he loves it too, he rarely has the opportunity for a doggy playdate!"
