Hi! I'm Caitlin and I love animals of all breeds and personalities. I've had two dogs of my own - a Jack Russel in the past and a dachshund currently. Ive worked with many animals over the years to fulfill my passion: Riding and stable managing horses, volunteering at a rat shelter, dog sitting and even completing a certificate 2 in animal studies (I was trying to become a vet in school). I've tried to incorporate animals in many aspects of my life over the years, as it is my biggest passion and source of enjoyment, so you don't have to worry about your pet being in the wrong hands because I will love them as much as you do! I'm a university student with heaps of free time, and would love to help care for your pet whether it be big or small or young or old.&nbsp;
Currently, I offer pet sits in your own home, as well as pet drop ins, where I can come feed and play with your pet daily whilst your away. I also offer dog walking around the Walkerville, North Adelaide, Prospect and Medindie area. I'm super flexible and have no preference to the animals I care for, as long as they're friendly.&nbsp;
Included in dog walking

  Attentive and knowledgble walker. I am able to read (as best as the signs show) your dogs body language when socialising with other dogs and humans.&nbsp;
  In close proximity to the North Adelaide dog park if you would like for your dog to socialise whilst excercicing.&nbsp;
  I am able to be onboard with your dog's training - just let me know what your working on and I can implement that training during walks. (with treats ofcourse!)
  If your dog is unable to to socialise, I am happy to provide 1 on 1 walks (with no other dogs/bookings).&nbsp;
  Dog walks can be booked for durations of 30 or 60 minutes.&nbsp;

•	Personalized Attention: We only host one dog at a time, ensuring your pet receives individualized care and affection.
•	Indoor Sleeping: We only keep dogs indoors for sleeping; no outdoor sleeping.

My motivation for becoming a pet sitter and dog walker comes from my genuine love for animals and the joy I get from caring for them. I understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while they are away. I live in a quiet, pet-friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of Morialta Reserve, which offers beautiful walking trails, open green spaces, and a nearby creek. These areas provide excellent opportunities for safe, enriching dog walks with plenty of mental and physical stimulation.
I have previous experience caring for dogs and other pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, basic grooming, and maintaining routines set by owners. I am comfortable administering oral medication when clear instructions are provided. I do not offer professional training, but I reinforce positive behaviour.
For the safety and wellbeing of all pets, I only accept fully vaccinated animals. I offer dog walking, home visits and daycare services. Dog walks typically last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your dog’s needs, and take place around my local parks and reserve trails. Pets are never left alone longer than a few minutes during daycare.
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, allowing me to spend most of my time supervising and interacting with guest pets. I am able to provide a high level of supervision throughout the day and can accommodate flexible schedules. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, with space for pets to relax. Guest pets are welcome to sleep indoors in a safe, comfortable area, following their usual routines where possible.
If offering home visits or house sitting, I stay long enough to feed, walk, play with pets, clean up, and provide companionship. I am also happy to water plants and bring in mail. During house sitting, I respect your home, keep doors and gates secured, and maintain your usual routines to ensure both your pet and your home remain safe and cared for.
My goal is always to provide loving, reliable care and peace of mind. I would love the opportunity to look after your pet and make their time away from you as comfortable and stress-free as possible
