"We needed to go interstate for a week, and we’re recommended to use Pawshake by a tradie - we usually have family who can take care of our cats, but now live away so we were hesitant of course to have a stranger take care for us.
Megg’s profile was fantastic. Her experience noted really resonated with me, as she came across as having a kind heart, both for animals and people.
On reaching out to her, Megg suggested a meet and greet to see how our three cats would take to her- and while cats can be cats, they really seemed to like Megg- even our sensitive boy.
So after that we agreed and I felt really at ease. From day one we had astounding service and care. With 2 almost senior kitties and one 12 month old, my list of requirements was fairly basic. We opted for 2x a day visit and I was notified for one night she couldn’t visit. I was given regular updates and photos, and as I’d informed Megg of our interactive camera, I saw stills of Megg taking great care and spending time with our cats, especially after the storm we’d had- she gave them extra love and checked if treats were allowed.
She even brought our delivery package in!
We needed to extend our trip and Megg was only too happy to be available which we so appreciated.
Once we got home, the cats weren’t too phased we were back, so I just knew that they were anxious free and happy while we had Megg to take care of them. Everything was clean and tidy too.
Megg even checked to make sure we got home safely from our trip.
Would absolutely recommend Megg, or have her sit for our cats in future "

"Ilan has provided a high level of care and attention for my dear cat Taco. Ilan has provided care for multiple consecutive days and has been professional and courteous through every stage of the process.
I feel very comfortable and confident in letting Ilan attend my home and she is very mindful of the specific needs of my pet cat. Ilan tailors her visit to meet Taco’s requirements and is highly communicative with me whilst I am away, informing me about my cat’s general mood and wellbeing.
Ilan has also been flexible with changes to the bookings and the services she provides for my pet whilst I am away and can adapt her visit from day to day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided by Ilan and I will retain her for future instances when I will need a cat sitter."

"Andreas and Ale were excellent pet sitters for our dog and cat. They spent time prior to our trip running through our daily routine and we could see the pets liked them both immediately (always a great indicator!). They even managed a difficult situation with a neighbours dog. They were wonderful with communications, photos and messages throughout the entire week and when we returned home the pets were the best they've ever been after we've been away, very calm and non-stressed. They even left a lovely little note and 2 cute little stickers (thankyou!) at the end of the sit. We would definitely engage Ale and Andreas again and look forward to our next trip away with relief, knowing our fur people will be well taken care of. Great experience, thanks!"

"Linda was hands down, the best pet sitter we have ever had. My cat normally is shy and is distant from people but he instly shown a liking to Linda as soon as she walked in the door. Linda has alot of knowledge on cats and is so calm and gentle with them. I felt safe leaving my cat with her. She sent daily updates and photos of him. Linda went above and beyond for us. will definitely be using her again when we go on leave. Thank you Linda. "

"Yuki is an exceptional pet carer. She was reliable, professional and went out of her way to vacuum my floors when the animal fur started building up.
