"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"Was so impressed with Shuk Fan’s service and would 100% highly recommend her to anyone in similar areas.
She cat-sat for our 5 year old kitty, Luna and I can tell my Luna loves her from the beginning, always welcoming her at the door (this is a cat who never comes out from her hiding spot for strangers).
Shuk Fan was so assuring and sent timely updates with many photos and videos daily of her actuallg spending quality time with our cat. She even gave Luna daily brushings which we never knew she enjoyed.
We returned to a really clean home and a happy cat.

"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found two very happy, relaxed cats—the ultimate proof of excellent care.

"A massive thank you to Roy for all your help with our cat, Pinot. Our cat is getting older now and a little more difficult to look after. She doesn't seem to like us going away and she’s expressed that dislike by making a mess for our return. However, this time we've come home to a very happy cat (unlike some past holidays).
Roy was able to develop a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort us. He took care to locate her each day and provided many updates on her wellbeing and garden locations while we were away.
There is no question of Roy’s love of animals, and we are grateful for the additional care of our aging cat.
Roy has dozens of fabulous reviews and for good reason. Our cat was in great care with Roy. We will definitely book him again.

"We were really happy with how Jenny cared for our two cats. What's more, our cats appeared very happy as well. Previously when we returned from vacation, despite the lovely cattery we have taken them to, they have been quite angry at us for a couple of hours when we collect them. This time they were not at all upset, and we will definitely be reaching out to Jenny again next time we go away. Jenny has good communication and is very diligent with the food and tidying up. "
