"Ayomi went above and beyond to take great care of our furbabies while we were away. She was so kind and loving with them and treated them like they were her own cats.
Ayomi kept consistent communication with us during the whole booking and sent through updates every time she visited along with lots of videos and photos of our cats live in action so we could rest assured that they were doing great and still in their element.
We returned to very happy, well fed and calm cats and the house was also really neat and clean. One of our cats is quite selective with the people she likes but she loved Ayomi since the first day and it was clear that both our cats were very comfortable with her and really enjoyed her company.
Ayomi is a very reliable, kind and caring pet sitter and I would highly recommend trusting her with your pets. "

"Highly recommend Casey’s services. Casey is an experienced animal handler (farms) and confidently and calmly cared for my two large breed male dogs who can come across quite intimidating to some. . She exceeded expectations and went above and beyond during recent hot weather to ensure my dogs were not heat stressed by adding ice to their water bucket and scheduling her visits in the warmer part of the day to check in on them. Casey is reliable, shows initiative (she kindly watered my thirsty pot plants) She has great understanding of animal needs. She is also top notch with her communication ( responds same day) All of that combined with her friendly and easygoing demeanor make her an above average pet carer. My only concern is will she be available next time I go away? 10/10"

"Olivia was so incredible I couldn't recommend her enough! It was our first time leaving our cat alone and we were quite worried but we came home to our cat being so calm, content and purring. Olivia was very prompt with responses, sent us update photos and took perfect care of our cat while we were away. I wrote an extensive list of things to make sure was completed correctly and every single one of them was done perfectly! My cat also warmed up to Olivia really quickly and you can tell that she is really good around animals, that they are naturally drawn towards her. I would definitely trust Olivia with my cat again. She is so caring and professional and will make sure that all your pets requirements are met perfectly so that you're back to a happy and satisfied pet! She also ensured that our doors and gates were all locked properly so we could rest assured that our house was safe. Olivia really goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend her!"

"Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"Elena was available on short notice to take care of my cat. She was easy to communicate with and travelled to my home prior to booking to meet Fishy. She was friendly, accomodating and professional. "Kierra was an amazing pet sitter. She cared for all of our animals wonderfully for 2 whole weeks. Her communication and photos were great. She was so flexible and accommodating when we extended our trip and continued to care for our animals for 4 days longer than we planned. Then when we arrived home she had cleaned and tidied and left the house as if we had not even left. I look forward to leaving our animals in her wonderful care again! "

"After many years with the same Pawshake pet sitter who has now moved away, we contacted Jose for the first time to look after our two cats. Jose was happy to come over beforehand for a meet and greet and was unfazed by the somewhat complex feeding & litter arrangements - our cats need to be kept in separate parts of the house when we’re away as one is on a special diet. Jose was also more than happy to accommodate a last minute request to water some plants in the front garden. All around, a friendly and communicative Pawshake member who we will be happy to use again!"
