My name is Kai. I'm a veterinary nursing student with a huge passion for pets. My own furry companion is a Kelpie x Huntaway named Banjo. When I am not working, I enjoy competing in various dog sports with Banjo, including dryland sledding, scent work, and lure coursing.&nbsp;
I am a dedicated dog walker who understands the importance of physical and mental enrichment for our four-legged friends. I am able to tailor each walk to suit the unique needs and personalities of each dog I care for, whether that means going for a leisurely stroll or an energetic romp. You can be assured that your canine companion will receive the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve.
I also offer enrichment visits and check-ins at your home. Whether it is cuddle time with cats, play sessions for dogs with energy to burn, filling up slow feeders and puzzles for our food-motivated friends, or the attentive care of small critters, you can leave your pets stress-free and knowing they will be provided with top-notch care while you are gone.&nbsp;

Each walk is tailored to suit the individual needs of your pet. This could mean going for a quiet stroll around the suburb, visiting a bush trail or beach, or having a romp at a dedicated dog exercise area. A typical walk will last around 45mins, but this time may be shortened or lengthened depending on the energy levels of your four-legged friend.&nbsp;

These visits provide your pets with personalized care in the comfort of their own home while you are away. Whether it is an energetic play in the backyard, a focused training session, or a simple check to ensure everyone is content, these visits are completely customizable. A typical drop-in will last about 45mins, but this time may be shortened or lengthened depending on the unique needs of your pet.&nbsp;


I have previous animal care experience. I worked in doggy daycare for a few years, as well as Cat Haven. More recently I was a foster carer for another Perth cat rescue for over a year. I currently volunteer with black cockatoos every other Wednesday, and have previously volunteered with other wildlife, so I am open to looking in on animals other than only dogs and cats.&nbsp;
Currently, I am available on Wednesdays for dog walks and/or checking in on your pets. I am available every other Wednesday AM (due to volunteering), but available every Wednesday PM (after 12pm). Available to walk up to an hour.
Depending on the sizes and how your dogs are on a lead, I am happy to possibly walk two dogs at a time. I am happy to walk them within their neighbourhood and nearby parks. If they are okay in the car, I am also happy to visit a nearby dog beach.
I have a police check that I am happy to provide as well.
